Lead and manage mechanical quality control processes in accordance with project specifications and federal requirements
Coordinate and support commissioning activities across all MEP systems from pre-functional testing through final acceptance
Review submittals, shop drawings, and equipment documentation for compliance with contract requirements
Develop and track QC checklists, inspection reports, and deficiency logs
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other commissioning agents
Ensure all systems are properly installed, tested, balanced, and documented prior to turnover
Participate in pre-installation meetings, commissioning meetings, and owner/agency walkthroughs
