About the Role
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience with villa or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, site supervision, and authority regulations
- Experience in coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
- Ability to review drawings, resolve technical clashes, and manage subcontractors
- Proficient in AutoCAD and project coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all MEP activities on villa projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and technical reviews
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Monitor installation progress and resolve on-site issues
