MEL Lead: Cross-Country Impact Evaluations

Generation is seeking a MEL Analyst/Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia, to support their third-party impact evaluation program across Colombia, India, and Ghana. This role involves coordinating evaluation activities, conducting data analysis, and ensuring effective communication with data teams and external vendors.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English. This fixed-term contract could lead to permanent positions within Generation's Data & Impact function.
