Job Summary

The Medical Associate supports healthcare operations by reviewing medical information, assisting with clinical documentation, and ensuring accurate processing of healthcare-related data in compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate medical records, prescriptions, and clinical documents
• Perform data entry and documentation using healthcare systems and tools
• Support medical reviews, utilization processes, or clinical workflows as assigned
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with healthcare guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies

Qualifications

• Medical Allied Graduate or Nursing Graduate (RN) or BS Pharmacy with active PRC license
