Position

As the Media Implementations Senior Associate, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for all YouTube advertising campaigns. You plan, coordinate, implement, and collect assets for campaigns, ensuring they go live on time without hiccups.

Responsibilities

• Manage advertising campaigns from an end-to-end process workflow, liaising between clients from Media/Creative Agencies and with Sales Account Management and Video Specialists.
• Resolve a high volume of support requests in a fast, precise, and professional manner; mainly written, but some live video calls.
• Respond to and handle client requirements on assigned cases within the Service Level Agreement.
