GeoSpectrum is growing and has a new career opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Technician! Reporting to the Manager of Technical Assembly and Technology, the Mechanical Technician plays a hands‑on role in the assembly and testing of complex electro‑mechanical and electro‑acoustic components and systems. This position offers the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of product design while contributing to the ongoing refinement of assembly processes and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed technical documentation, including drawings, assembly procedures, routing cards, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Assemble transducer products and systems, performing mechanical, bonded, electro‑mechanical, and encapsulated assemblies, as well as component modifications using workshop tooling.
