Mechanical Project Manager at QuadReal

In this 12-month contract role, you will report to the Senior Project Manager, Mechanical. You'll be instrumental in overseeing plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems across a mixed-use redevelopment project in Vancouver. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes while guiding mechanical systems from design through to turnover.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee design and procurement of mechanical systems for mixed-use development • Manage interfaces between various project partners and contractors • Lead commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems • Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure project compliance and quality • Communicate project status updates to the leadership team
