Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to carry out reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of commercial and domestic sites, including offices, health centres, hotels, schools, care homes, and student accommodation. You will diagnose and resolve issues with plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems, report on material requirements, and maintain high standards of workmanship. The role also involves supporting planned maintenance contracts and post-project defect periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive maintenance: fault find and repair boilers, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and water systems.
• Conduct planned maintenance checks and services on mechanical and electrical systems.
