About the Role
WSA Engineering Consultancy LLC is seeking Mechanical Inspectors – Site Supervision with extensive experience in construction projects, particularly in mass villa developments.
1. Inspection and Supervision• Monitor the installation of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems to ensure quality and functionality.
• Verify that materials and equipment used in construction meet project requirements and safety standards.
• Identify and report any discrepancies, defects, or non-compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
2. Compliance and Quality Assurance• Ensure all mechanical installations adhere to local codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, including records of tests, commissioning activities, and certifications.
