Mechanical Facility Engineer

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred

· Experience in building facilities, construction, or property maintenance.

· Strong knowledge in HVAC, fire protection, plumbing systems, and mechanical controls.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, technical drawings, and maintenance planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise the operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, air compressors, and mechanical equipment.

· Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical systems

· Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime.

· Ensure all mechanical installations comply with mechanical codes, safety standards, and building regulations.

· Prepare technical reports, equipment performance data, and maintenance documentation.
