Job Description
- Manage/write/maintain technical documentation, procedures and production documents.
- Confers with engineers, customers, and others to discuss project and prepare documents.
- Monitors status of project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.
- Ability to plan and manage projects while engaging with internal/external stakeholders.
- Apply systematic and analytic method of problem solving based on technical decisions.
- Work with the Engineering department to produce documents to instruct operators on set‑up, start‑up, maintenance and daily operation of products.
- Work with production staff and engineers to develop and improve production processes to increase productivity.
- Align the company’s engineering and production resources (both internal and external suppliers) to the daily project requirements.
