Job Description
- Provide necessary onsite customer support for troubleshooting and repair wafertransfer equipment
- Ability to read and comprehend electrical and technical drawings is required.
- Capable of analyzing problems and justifying them with the proper fundamental cause
- Must be able to track and close any non-conformances by the customer’s deadlines
- Define and implement a procedure to decrease the duplication of quality concerns
- Ensure product quality and sustainability through internal control methods
- Internal validation of the assembly process should be done on a regular basis
- Work hand to hand with internal assembly team for the improvements
- Create and manage internal Job Travellers.
- Assist to monitor material shortages and escape within team to avoid line downin Manufacturing line
