Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer at LionsBot, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality mechanical subsystems for our next-generation cleaning robots. You will work hands‑on from concept to prototyping, testing, and production — contributing to real-world robotics that make a global impact.

• Support the design and development of mechanical components and subassemblies for autonomous robotic systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including electrical, embedded, software, and compliance engineers to ensure seamless integration.
• Produce high‑quality CAD models, 2D drawings, and documentation (BOMs, GD&T, tolerance stack‑ups).
• Build and validate prototypes using 3D printing, machining, and rapid fabrication techniques.
• Conduct basic structural analysis, tolerance checks, and mechanical testing to ensure product reliability and performance.
