Manager Mechanical Design & Assembly Engineering will lead the end-to-end development and deployment of mechanical solutions for PCBA mechanical assembly, box build, and system-level assemblies, serving as the internal subject matter expert and primary technical interface with customers.
The role encompasses the design and validation of sheet metal, plastic, and enclosure assemblies, along with the development of tooling, jigs, and fixtures to ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
It also requires strong integration between engineering and operations through the effective use of ERP and shop floor/MES systems, ensuring accurate BOM management, change control, and a seamless NPI-to-production transition.
