Mechanical Design Engineer

Waltonen Engineering is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Engineering analysis/support of military vehicles Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications Design and execute engineering to create workable solutions Develop engineering calculations, diagrams and technical reports Complete required technical and regulatory documents Ensure projects are completed on time Present analysis results and project solutions to technical leads, senior leaders and clients as necessary Qualifications Experience in vehicle component and/or systems experience preferred Specific experience in mechanical design engineering Experience with NX or Creo preferred but not mandatory Previous experience with defense/military vehicles preferred but not mandatory Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree At least 3 – 5 years related work experience Demonstrated profici...
