About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems, mechanisms, equipment modules, fixtures, jigs, tooling, and related components.
- Create detailed 3D CAD models , assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks .
- Develop mechanical solutions from concept design through prototype build, testing, troubleshooting, and release.
- Perform tolerance analysis, fit checks, clearance checks, interference checks, and basic engineering calculations.
- Select suitable materials, fasteners, bearings, actuators, guides, purchased parts, and fabrication methods.
- Work closely with electrical, software, production, assembly, and vendor teams to ensure proper system integration.
