An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a well-established building services contractor delivering full design and build solutions across a range of sectors. This role is suited to a commercially aware and technically capable professional with a strong background in managing mechanical installation projects from inception through to completion.

* Oversee mechanical services installation projects from initial handover through to final accounts

* Procure plant, materials, and subcontractor packages, ensuring best value

* Monitor and forecast project costs using internal systems and Excel
