Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing team to build and troubleshoot hydro-mechanical subsystems. This hands-on role involves interpreting engineering blueprints and schematics, and process documentation to deliver assemblies that meet strict quality and schedule requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

You’ll be responsible for assembling components using hand tools and precision measuring equipment, diagnosing and repairing both new and customer-returned units, and ensuring documentation accuracy in line with company standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting process improvements, maintaining professionalism in all interactions, and continuously developing technical expertise through training and knowledge sharing.
