About the Role
Develop production process parameters, develop consumables life, and confirm equipment DFM
Evaluate fixtures that meet the functions, including developing fixture accuracy, life, assembly standards, and developing test plans
Evaluate hot melt and USW equipment, and be able to debug hot melt machines and USW
Evaluate dispensing equipment and be able to operate dispensing machines
Be proficient in dispensing machine control systems, and handle product dispensing problems in a timely manner
Review glue TDS and MSDS and other information, and set dispensing and curing parameters according to glue characteristics
Setup, debugging, and maintenance of robot
Requirements
Major in mechanics, materials, industrial engineering is preferred
Can speak English fluently
Minimum three years of work experience, have engineering analysis ability, good communication skills, can use robot is preferred
