M&E Manager | Building & Construction | Central

Jobscope: Ensure M&E works are completed on time and according to required standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on M&E matters. Lead and coordinate the site team to ensure work quality meets project requirements. Attend project meetings and assist in resolving technical issues. Ensure shop drawings, materials, and method statements are submitted and approved on schedule. Supervise M&E staff and subcontractors to ensure work follows approved drawings and plans. Monitor variation orders and report progress or issues to HQ. Participate in site inspections and troubleshoot M&E issues when required. Review drawings and specifications and raise RFIs where necessary. Coordinate and manage M&E matters during regular project meetings. Assist in resolving M&E issues during the DLP period.
