M&E Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to prepare, review, and submit shop drawings, technical documents, RFIs, and method statements
Support the M&E Engineer in planning and sequencing works to prevent clashes and ensure smooth coordination with architectural and structural trades
Review M&E drawings alongside other disciplines to identify discrepancies, clashes, and constructability concerns before execution
Work closely with subcontractors to align material procurement, delivery schedules, and installation plans with project timelines
Attend coordination, technical, and site meetings to track M&E issues and update stakeholders on progress and pending items
Monitor on-site M&E progress and provide technical guidance to supervisors and subcontractor teams to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
