As the Director, you will integrate your 10+ years of space engineering experience with 6+ years in leadership roles to create impactful programs within MDA Space. You’ll guide a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the multi-year vision and product roadmaps for GEO
• Direct a team of ~10 PMs managing around 200 professionals
• Ensure successful project delivery on time and under budget
• Monitor operational reliability and respond to incidents
