About the Role
Drive growth and engagement as a Learning and Development Specialist for McMillan LLP. You will conduct dynamic training and enrich the skills of Firm Members in an inclusive environment.
This position requires a passion for technology and learning, where you'll foster a supportive atmosphere aligned with the Firm’s strategies. You’ll be responsible for assessing participant performance, adjusting training based on feedback, and developing innovative training solutions in collaboration with various teams within the organization.
