– keep our fleet flying safely and efficiently every day. You’ll support crews in real time, coordinate maintenance actions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure passengers get where they need to go without disruption.
Responsibilities
Serve as the go‑to support for flight crews, coordinating maintenance across our network.
Respond to AOG situations – isolate faults, manage parts requests, and get aircraft back in the sky.
Follow up on deferred defects and ensure they’re fixed quickly to maintain performance.
Track fleet technical status and clearly communicate any operational limitations.
