MBS Front Office Part Time Call Centre

Job Scope/Main :-

• Handling inbound calls
• Delivers Friendly and Professional Service

Requirements: -

• Relevant experience in call center and Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented and possess excellent telephone etiquette
• Able to commit for 3 to 6 months at least ( Extendable )
• Good team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary -

• Monday to Friday (11 am to 3 pm) - $10 per hour
• Public Holidays (11 am to 3 pm) - $15 per hour
• Lunch allowance - $5 per shift
• Attendance allowance based on number of hours worked

Location -

• Central Area ( Marina Bay Sands - Bayfront MRT station )
