About the Role
An exciting role opportunity arises for a Materials Engineer to support engineering operations in the external supply chain based in APAC. The role requires collaborative working and knowledge sharing with our global teams based in various locations in Asia-Pacific, United Kingdom, Germany, and the United States. The successful candidate will report to the Capability Manager (APAC) in Singapore. The roles will be based in Rolls-Royce Seletar Singapore. The role will be based on local work contract terms (not international assignment). It is expected that there will be some work travel in region and internationally as and when required.
The main aspect of the role would be to provide knowledge, expertise and guidance to the approval, validation and control of special processes and materials manufacturing processes of metallic and non-metallic aeroengine components in the external supply chains.
