Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with preferably a certification in quality control from a recognized international organization. 4 – 6 years of quality control experience in a similar organization preferably in the construction sector.
Skills
Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with knowledge and experience in Purchase Operations. Knowledge of local market in regards to all type of construction materials and ability to explore market for competitive prices. Strong follow-up and communication skills.
