Mastering & Fulfillment Operator

Ensure that packages mastered playback correctly, in sync and to client requirements

Responsible for ensuring high quality services are released on behalf of clients, as well as provide QC service for both long and short form content

Perform all QC requirements including video and audio

Perform transcoding and packaging as determined by client requirements

Actively monitor project risks to foresee problems and proactively identify solutions to rectify

Communicate and collaborate with management from other departments

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
