Master Planner

Job Summary
The Master Planner is responsible for end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and material coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Program Management, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align supply with demand in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities · Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to support manufacturing output and customer demand · Plan and release work orders (WO) based on production and engineering requirements · Manage short-term production planning, including rolling 10-day production plans · Partner with Sales and Program teams to align on order demand, priorities, and schedule changes · Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely material availability · Lead daily shipment and production meetings to ensure on-time delivery · Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate shipment schedules · Manage urgent requests, pull-ins, and ...
