About the Role
Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. is hiring a Master Data Analyst in Calgary, Alberta. Play a vital role in managing the accuracy of vendor and cost center data using Qbyte FM.
As part of the accounting team, your responsibilities will include maintaining AFE and vendor master data, enhancing communication across departments, and ensuring all required AFEs are properly set up. You will prepare journal entries for adjustments and develop processes with operations for accurate cost allocation in wells.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain master data in Qbyte FM for vendors and cost centers
• Respond to queries and communicate updates across departments
• Ensure all AFE’s are available for capital group usage
• Prepare necessary journal entries for accounting adjustments
• Work with operations for costs allocation procedures
