Position Description

As inbound associates we receive calls from internal clients (other business units such as Client Services, Benefits and Talent Solutions) and external clients (clients who purchased ADP services) regarding technical and reporting concerns. Our job is to partner with clients by understanding their concerns and providing holistic resolution through complete client education.Some of the most common concerns we assist with are:
· Functionality Issues in Workforce Now
· Security Management in AIM/SMS
· System Incidents
· Custom Reporting Concerns
· Management Reporting Concerns
