Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Operations:

  Understand and navigate the operations and internal processes of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).

• Performance Monitoring:

  Update and maintain the Daily Checklist, tracking key health metrics such as chat response rate, late shipment rate, cancellation rate, and daily sales performance.

  Work closely with third‑party fulfillment teams to address concerns related to order status, cancellations, and other logistics issues.

• Inventory & Product Accuracy:

  Coordinate with the Purchasing Team to ensure accurate product information, inventory synchronization, and timely updates.

• Customer Experience Management:
