Provide daily operational support to the Marketing and Sales teams to enable successful outbound lead generation. Serve as a control point for accurate data entry and proper lead routing across systems. Maintain and regularly refresh reporting dashboards; prepare monthly and ad-hoc performance reports. Collaborate with the Sales Business Development team to identify and source new lead opportunities. Partner with Salesforce and HubSpot development teams to recommend enhancements and troubleshoot system issues.
