Marketing Manager Location: Mumbai Function: Marketing, Brand, Growth & Communications Working Days: 6 days a week Reporting To: Founder / Central Leadership About the Role Bharat Intelligence is building the operating system for agricultural labour and services in India. We operate across both sides of the marketplace: farmer demand and labour supply. As Marketing Manager Mumbai, you will own marketing across geographies, crops, and operating clusters. This includes ATL, BTL, brand, PR, field campaigns, launch marketing, farmer communication, labour communication, and growth support for city and category teams. This is not a corporate brand-only role. You will work closely with field teams, farmers, labourers, village influencers, local partners, media, and central leadership to build Bharat Intelligence into a trusted name across rural markets.
