About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to take ownership of how SCRYPT shows up in the institutional digital asset market - across content, brand, demand generation, and PR. This is not a coordinator role and it is not a Head of Marketing seat. It is the rarer middle: a senior individual contributor who writes first, manages agencies second, and runs AI‑native content systems by default. You’ll own the surface – fact sheets, thought leadership, web copy, sales enablement, the editorial calendar – while directing the PR firm and shaping how SCRYPT sounds to banks, asset managers, family offices, and fintechs. Reports to the CEO. Path to Head of Marketing on performance.
