About the Role
- Assist in the design and development of training programs, workshops, and seminars, including learning module creation, learning objectives, and instructional materials (e.g., handouts, presentations, case studies).
- Secure and manage training locations, including booking venues, arranging room setup, and coordinating audio-visual requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated training records, including attendance, evaluations, and progress reports.
- Provide ongoing support to participants throughout the training process, addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Develop convincing marketing content across various formats, including vlog posts, articles, social media updates, email newsletters, website copy, brochures, and presentations.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
