Responsibilities
- Processes requests for quotations and other business transactions and prioritize necessities.
- Provides administrative support on marketing related tasks to optimize marketing activities including system maintenance on Open Bravo.
- Assist in acquisition, analysis and utilization of customer lists.
- Support customer communication and logistics for events, trade shows, mailing and related activities via telephone and email.
- Supports Sales Department by assembling quotations, proposals and product capability booklets, compiling account and competitor analysis.
- Provide operational feedback during meetings and other corporate dealings.
- Answers correspondence, phone, and email concerning procedures and inquiries concerning processing of marketing or SOP.
- Maintains records and provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
