Brown’s Bay Resort and Marina is seeking a dependable, hands‑on Marina Operations Supervisor to oversee daily marina operations and support a safe, efficient, and welcoming waterfront environment. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marina operations, including docks, moorage, fuel dock, and waterfront facilities
• Ensure safe vessel movement, proper mooring practices, and compliance with marina safety standards
• Supervise, train, and schedule marina staff; provide on‑site leadership and direction
