Job Summary
GBL Boat Club is a private, 200-slip member-owned marina seeking a hands-on, full-time Marina Manager to start in the Fall of 2025. This live-in role includes managing daily operations during the boating season and overseeing maintenance and planning in the off-season.
Your Skills & Knowledge
- 3–5 years in marina/property management.
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Experience supervising seasonal team and coordinating vendors/contractors.
- Proficient with basic office tools (Excel, email).
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
- Practical skills for troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance preferred.
- Boating experience strongly preferred.
