SummaryThe Manufacturing Technician plays a hands-on role within NPI Engineering, supporting prototype builds, process trials, equipment setup, tooling readiness, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. This role contributes to achieving production targets for volume, quality, safety (OHS), cost efficiency, yield, and line readiness.
The position supports design feasibility evaluation, new product builds, verification and validation activities, and production handover by assisting engineers in converting product and process concepts into repeatable, documented, and production-ready manufacturing solutions.
