Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for automotive components
- Program and adjust G-code to improve cycle times and efficiency
- Implement automation solutions using FANUC robots in machining cells
- Support production launches (APQP, PPAP)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Validate processes through capability studies (Cp, Cpk)
- Provide technical support to production and troubleshoot machining issues
- Reduce scrap and rework through root cause analysis
- Document processes, work instructions, and manufacturing standards
