About the Role:
The Manufacturing Engineer, also known as a Mid-Level Manufacturing Engineer or Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer, is responsible for optimizing production processes, improving manufacturing efficiency, and supporting precision machining operations in a regulated environment. This role focuses on process development, tooling design, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality components. Ideal candidates have strong experience in CNC machining, lean manufacturing, and aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering reviews of in-process inspection results, analyze data, and drive corrective actions for quality improvements
