Role Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer will support the development, optimisation and continuous improvement of Cubis Systems’ manufacturing processes at the Tallington site. The role combines hands‑on process engineering with design responsibilities, contributing to new product development (NPD), tooling design, production layouts, and the introduction of new manufacturing technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with the CAPEX & Process Engineering Manager.

• Manage cross‑functional improvement projects, equipment installations and site upgrades, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to required safety and quality standards.
