Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes
- Provide technical support to production and troubleshoot issues
- Lead NPI / First Article implementation
- Perform line balancing and improve operational efficiency
- Manage BOMs, routings, and technical documentation
- Implement engineering changes (ECOs)
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and UL regulations
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related
- +5 years of experience in electrical manufacturing (switchboards / panels)
- Experience in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring processes
- Strong knowledge of BOMs, routings, and ERP systems (Syteline or similar)
