About the Role
The Manufacturing Analyst is responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing manufacturing and assembly processes to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. The role works closely with Engineering, Production, Production Planning & Control (PPC/PCP), Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, develop, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes to improve operational efficiency and product quality
- Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for productivity improvement, waste reduction, and cost savings
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization and lean manufacturing practices
