Experience: 0-5 Years Mandatory Requirements:
✔ Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (Read, Write & Speak)
✔ Strong English Communication Skills (B2+/C1 Preferred)
✔ Excellent Listening & Interpretation Skills
✔ Ability to handle live calls professionally and accurately
