Responsibilities
- Provide real-time interpretation for travelers speaking Mandarin and Hokkien
- Assist clients with travel arrangements, tours, and cultural explanations
- Support company administrators in communicating with clients
- Bridge language gaps during bookings, tours, and customer service interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Hokkien (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Experience in travel or hospitality is a plus
