We are seeking a Managing Consultant to join our team in Edmonton. The Managing Consultant’s primary responsibility is to retain and grow relationships for an assigned block of group benefits clients, working closely with supporting teams to unlock opportunities that enhance the client’s benefits journey. Set a strategic consulting plan for client relationships. Identify cross‑sell opportunities that add value for clients. Review plan performance and client files to understand the claims experience. Prepare market specifications for clients using internal and external quoting systems. Analyze data and carrier proposals, prepare cost comparisons, facilitate finalist presentations, and recommend the best option for the client. Perform ad‑hoc investigations of claims data to explain trends. Collaborate with analysts and underwriters for client renewals, reporting, and reviews, and create commentary for clients.
