Manage shared Research & Development (R&D) Consumables and Services, such as Gases (Liquid Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, etc), Dry Ice, Lab Coat Laundry, Freezer Monitoring System, Lab Waste Management, Lab notebook issuance and archival, etc.
Manage shared R&D Equipment, including being responsible for equipment repair and maintenance, tracking of utilisation rates, cost recovery and asset tracking.
About the Role
The focus of the A*STAR Institute for Human Development and Potential (A*STAR IHDP) is research to improve the health and well-being of Singaporeans across the life course.
The Manager (Operations) for A*STAR IHDP will be responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and executing the day-to-day operational activities for the Research Facilities. This will be done through direct hands-on involvement, and working with research staff from different platforms, external collaborators and contractors.
