Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment. Build, quality assure and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, which includes configuration of Workday and other systems integration. Create functional and technical systems documentation. Work cross-functionally to understand issues/deficiencies in existing processes, design innovative integration solutions, execute implementation in Workday, and ensure requirements are met while maintaining data integrity and security.
